Robert S. Guerra, President

I was born and raised in Austin and graduated with a business degree from Texas State University. I currently reside here with my wife Tammy and our 3 children. I have over 20 years of business management experience and a long history of exceptional customer service. After experiencing the challenges of long-term care within my own family, I decided to open an agency to help Central Texans get the excellent care that was so difficult for my own family to find. I’m passionate about helping seniors remain independent in their own homes, and make myself available 24/7 to meet our clients’ needs.

Kim Shaw, Administrator

Kim has over 20 years experience helping seniors in Central Texas and has been with Assisting Hands Home Care since we opened. As an Adminstrator for both Home Care and Home Health agencies, she has spent her career helping seniors get the care they need. She also brings experience in helping pediatric and disabled clients, as well as an extensive knowledge of community resources. She enjoys working with families to ensure that the schedule and care are meeting their unique needs.

Shannon L. White

Shannon L. White, Marketing Coordinator

Shannon received her degree from Sam Houston State University in Health Services and Business Administration. She brings over 13 years of sales and marketing experience, most recently in Home Health. Her outgoing personality and ability to establish strong relationships are the keys to her success in business development for Assisting Hands Home Care.
