Our Owner is a Physical Therapist with 20 years experience in hospital acute care, outpatient orthopedics, sports and home health care. Richard is a Board Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapist and Certified Manual Physical Therapist. Richard served as an acute care hospital administrator with 7 years of operations and marketing experience.

Jennifer L. Fatland, PT
Jennifer is a Physical Therapist with 18 years experience in neurological rehabilitation, pediatrics and home healthcare. Jennifer is a Certified Early Intervention Physical Therapist with the State of Illinois and is a former neurological Physical Therapist at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.

Carrie Hecox, RN
Carrie worked as a Manager of Operations at NeuroTel a company specializing in electrophysiology interpretation of seizures. Hecox was responsible for operations, including nurse training, protocol development, communications coordination and market analysis. Carrie worked with the Pediatric Neurology Division at the University of Chicago as a Registered Nurse with responsibilities both in outpatient clinics and in family and staff teaching. Hecox worked with patients and their families to create and incorporate a family based care plan for patients with epilepsy, a wide range of genetic disorder,s metabolic disorders, movement disorders, cerebral palsy, and developmental delays.
Hecox started her nursing career at the University of Chicago Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Divison providing special care, teaching and assistance to hospitalized patients from new born to adults with varying cancer acuity levels. Hecox received special certification for delivering chemotherapeutic drugs and provided specialized teaching and care for patients with various forms of cancer, cardiac catherization, congential cardiac anomalies, post operative care, hematological disorder, as well as immune compromised and transplant patients.

Deanna Keppel
Deanna worked as a Home Care Case Manager at Mystic Valley Elder Services in Malden, MA providing ongoing management, in-home assessments and service coordination, managing over 85 elderly clients. After promotion to Care Options Consultant for the Information and Referral department she became the first line of communication providing elders, caregivers and the community at large, information about Area Agency on Aging services and available programs. As a Protective Services Case Worker Deanna investigated cases of elder abuse, neglect and financial exploitation and implemented services and interventions to provide assistance to seniors at risk.
