Newport Beach Franchise Owner Named Franchisee of the Year
NAMPA, Idaho (September 13, 2017) — The national office of Assisting Hands Home Care today announced that Newport Beach, California franchise owner Judy Brady as Assisting Hands’ 2017 Franchisee of the Year.
Brady credits her team for the franchise’s achievement, saying the award “belongs to no one individual.”
“Our successes are the result of a collaborative effort between all of us, administrative and caregiving staff alike in providing the best client services possible to each of our special and unique clientele,” said Brady. “We all take pride in the individual roles that we play in fulfilling this commitment.”
Brady was also awarded the Best Customer Service Award and Caregiver of the Year Award for the Southwest Region by Assisting Hands Home Care’s national office. Additionally, she was ranked a “Silver Top Producer,” generating over $2 million in revenue.
“Judy has consistently operated a very successful business at Assisting Hands for almost a decade,” said Lane Kofoed, CEO of Assisting Hands Home Care’s national office. “She reaches out to the community and supports those in need of compassionate assistance.”
Since becoming a franchise owner, Brady has operated her business according to the words of Warren Buffett, “Your premium brand had better be delivering something special or it’s not going to get the business.”

Assisting Hands’ national office selected the Assisting Hands Home Care Newport Beach as the 2017 Franchisee of the Year. Brady was presented with the award during the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) Franchise Action Network Annual Meeting in Washington this week.
