Meet our Staff

Armando Morales, our President, is an experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in sales and management. He held several management positions in multinational companies, has lived in 3 different countries, and speaks English and Spanish fluently. His passion to serve and to help the people around him are contagious and have become part of the culture within Assisting Hands of Miami. His years of experience have given him the opportunity to learn the best and most effective ways to deliver the quality of service that the Assisting Hands customers deserve. He loves spending time with his wife Lina and his daughters Frances, Karen and Sofia.

Edgar Martinez, our Vice President of Community Relations, brings over 20 years of customer service and management experience to Assisting Hands Miami. Edgar is an effective communicator, skilled at building rapport with diverse individuals. His outgoing personality and ability to establish strong relationships are the keys to his success. Edgar is committed to provide exceptional service to enrich the lives of our clients and provide peace of mind to their families. You can depend on Edgar to always be available to address the needs and concerns of Assisting Hands clients and their families. Edgar has a MBA from Thunderbird Global School of Management, he is married and has two children.

Lina I. Roldan, is the Office Manager in charge of Human Resources and Finance. She is the main point of contact for our caregivers and a great resource to all our clients. She has over 15 years of experience in Finance, Administration and Customer Service. Lina is also a certified Home Health Aid that understands the needs of our clients and makes sure our staff has the best talent, experience and training to offer the best possible service.
