PATRICIA WINIECKI, RRT

Tricia Winiecki, Owner and President of Assisting Hands Home Care of Naples, is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and has over 15 years of experience in the Health Care industry. She is committed to providing excellent home care that is in compliance with the standards set forth by The Florida Agency for Health care Administration and by the Joint Commission. Tricia's compassionate nature, love of caregiving, and medical understanding makes her an excellent resource for her caregiving team. Along with her husband, Robb Winiecki, and their three children, Tricia loves serving and living in Southwest Florida.

Robb Winiecki, Owner and Office Manger, brings over 15 years of management experience to Assisting Hands Naples. Robb is known for his ability to provide excellent customer service and for setting a high standard of excellence for his staff. Robb is committed to making certain that we provide exceptional home care that enriches the lives of our clients and provides peace of mind to their families. You can depend on Robb to always be available to address the needs and concerns of Assisting Hands clients and their families.

HEATHER ENNIS

Heather Ennis is a Registered Nurse and serves as the Nursing Administrator for Assisting Hands Naples. Heather graduated from the Medical College of Ohio in 1993 with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. Heather's sixteen years of clinical experience makes her a valuable asset to our team. She takes pride in serving our clients and in training our caregivers. Heather serves as our infection control officer and works to maintain the policies and procedures of Assisting Hands Naples so that we may provide our clients with the best possible care. Heather is available when needed, to complete a nursing assessment of our clients.
