During her 20+ years of bedside nursing at Methodist Hospital, she specialized in Neuro ICU care and advanced to leadership roles as Nurse Manager and House Supervisor. Throughout her career, Nancy has cared for thousands of San Antonio families during their most vulnerable moments.

As a Navy Hospital Corpsman, Troy cared for veterans and their families in military hospital settings - from ICU, ER and physical therapy rehabilitation. He then transitioned to serve alongside Marines in combat deployments, making life-and-death medical decisions under pressure. Following his Navy service, Troy became a Marine himself, participating in humanitarian missions to assist families affected by natural disasters and extreme hardships. This comprehensive experience taught him the importance of preparation, attention to detail, and never leaving anyone behind.
