Terry and John Madden

Owner and local Operators of Assisting Hands Home Care

Terry Madden worked for Albertson's for 31 years with the last position held as Director of Human Resources. John worked for United Airlines for 32 years in various customer service positions. With their strong backgrounds and experience in businesses that rely on Customer Service they quickly came to understand how they could use that knowledge to best serve the elderly and disabled community.

Together they decided to become personally involved by becoming a provider of in-home care services when they could not find reliable, quality help for John's parents and both had to be moved to an assisted living facility despite John's parents wishes to stay at home.

Today, they keep dignity and respect at the foundation of everything they do. It is at the core of managing their business, from how they personally interview and select their caregivers, how they treat those selected and in turn how they and their caregivers ultimately service their clients.

They reside in Fountain Hills for the past 12 years and are proud to be servicing clients in Fountain Hills and Maricopa county.
