NOLA CAMPBELL
Nola Campbell, Branch Manager and Oregon Administrator, leads the Fruitland Administrative team with a wealth of experience as a business owner, accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and working with at-risk students in education. Nola, seeing a need for helping the elderly maintain their independence in their homes, joined the Assisting Hands team in 2010, working for the founding owners. She has additional first-hand experience with scheduling, HR, background checks, the Qualified Designee for Oregon background checks. Nola became Branch Manager in 2013, and Oregon Administrator in 2014: helping to write policies and procedures, and the manuals for caregivers and clients. Nola has a heart to have people taken care of, both clients and caregivers. “Always do what’s right by the client.” is a guiding principle to the success Nola has seen in the Fruitland office. Nola and her sweetheart have been married for 37 years, and are blessed with three children and six grandchildren. Together they have a small hobby farm with cattle in SW Idaho.

GUADALUPE ORTIZ
Guadalupe Ortiz, Client Care Coordinator, has been with the Fruitland administrative team since 2016. She is the scheduling expert for the team, and works with matching the right caregivers with the clients, along with their schedules. Guadalupe also works closely with the client authorizations, making certain everything is in order. Guadalupe is a great asset as well when it comes to working with bilingual clients and caregivers, including signing up new clients as needed. Guadalupe loves to work in her yard with her flowers and gardening, and uses it to relieve stress. The office benefits from Guadalupe’s green thumb with multiple live plants and flowers greeting everyone who comes in for a visit.
