Franchise owners Robb Winiecki and Tricia Winiecki received the award during the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) Franchise Action Network Annual Meeting in Washington last week.
The Winieckis credit their initial success to Assisting H
ands’ regional concept model. In 2008 they signed their franchise agreement but had to wait nearly a year to get accredited and licensed. During that time, they worked at Assisting Hands’ Ft. Myers, Florida office with area representative Robert Thomas. They opened the Naples office in July 2009, and today they carry a staff of 100 caregivers who have helped nearly 1,000 client families in Collier County.
“The combination of Tricia’s HR skills and Robb’s customer service acumen are the keys to their success,” said Lane Kofoed, CEO of Assisting Hands Home Care’s national office. “They run their business with the highest standards, and for that they deserve this award.”
