Tricia Winiecki, Owner and President, previously worked as a Registered Respiratory Therapist before opening Assisting Hands Home Care with her husband Robb Winiecki. With over 20 years of Healthcare experience, her compassionate nature, love of caregiving and medical knowledge, Tricia is an excellent resource for her Clients and Caregiving Team. Tricia is committed to providing outstanding service that is compliance with the standards of care set forth by The Agency for Healthcare Administration, and that exceeds the expectations of her Clients. Along with her husband, and their three children, Tricia loves living in Southwest Florida, and is grateful to have the opportunity to serve the community.

Robb Winiecki, Owner and Chief Financial Officer, has over 25 years of management experience. Robb is known for his ability to provide excellent customer service and for setting a high standard of excellence for his employees. Phillip Rizzo, Owner and Vice-President of Assisting Hands, is determined to provide the best possible service and care to the residents of Collier County. Ten years of experience in Private Duty Care, Skilled Nursing, and Hospice make Phillip a valuable asset to the Assisting Hands’ team. Phillip is passionate about helping others, and dedicated to providing affordable care. Phillip’s unwavering commitment to family and his community, are at the core of Phillip’s success.
CINDA MARTIN, RN
Cinda Martin, RN and Administrator for Assisting Hands, has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of healthcare. Cinda spends most of her time in the field, supervising our Caregivers and providing periodic checks on all of our clients. Cinda has proven herself to be a valuable member of the Assisting Hands team since 2011. Her enthusiasm, compassion, and love of caregiving are evident in everything she does.
AMBER DUCKETT
Amber Duckett, has been a member of the Administrative team at Assisting Hands Naples since the beginning, and serves as our Lead Client Care Coordinator. Amber is our scheduling expert, and mixes her use of our state-of-the art software with her well-honed instincts to find just the right caregiver for each client. Does the client want a caregiver that is upbeat and engaging, or someone that takes a quieter and gentle approach? Amber takes great pride in making the perfect match. She is never too busy to listen to a client in need, or address any concerns.
CYNTHIA MALDONADO
Cynthia Maldonado, Client Care Coordinator, recently joined our Administrative team in January of 2016. Cynthia began working as a Home Health Aide providing assistance to the elderly for more than five years. Cynthia is responsible for coordinating the services that we provide and uses her hands-on experience to help find the right Caregiver for her Clients. Cynthia is detail oriented and always up for a challenge. She is caring, compassionate and extremely patient. Whether it is a Client or a Caregiver, Cynthia is always eager to listen and assist in any way that she can.
