Death Cafe is national movement providing a place to hold a conversation about death with “a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives.” During these scheduled Zoom meetings, there is a facilitated discussion which follows the interests of those attending. Death Cafe does not provide counseling or grief support, but is a place where discussions can take place in a thoughtful atmosphere. An article in the Washington Post provides more insight into Death Cafe. Please select this link to view the video.
Everyone is welcome to attend these meetings, which are announced on our HOME page, but please register by emailing Patricia Dubroof at pdubroof@assistinghands.com. She will send the secure ZOOM ID and Password.
