Tyler Field, Owner and President, brings over 18 years of corporate business and client service experience from the insurance and home care industries. Tyler holds a BA in Business Administration and a MS in Emergency Services Management. Tyler oversees all operational, financial and administrative functions. Tyler is passionate about home care and is personally committed to ensuring our clients receive exceptional home care that enriches their lives and provides peace of mind to their families.
Shawna Field, Owner and Administrator, holds a BS and a MS degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and has over 16 years experience in health care, including 10 years of experience working with the senior population. Shawna’s primary focus includes overseeing the screening, hiring and on-going training of caregivers and staff, as well as ensuring all compliance standards are met as set forth by the Agency for Health Care Administration. Shawna is passionate about respecting and equipping our caregivers and office staff so they will be equipped to provide the highest quality of care to our clients.
Latricia Dyson, Client Care Coordinator, has over 25 years of health care experience as a Client Care Coordinator and Certified Nurse Assistant working in all aspects of health care. Latricia is responsible for coordinating the services we provide and uses her leadership and hands-on experience to help find the right Caregiver for each Client. Latricia is detail-oriented and knowledgeable about caregiving and she is passionate about encouraging others. Latricia regularly expresses, “we all deserve respect and compassion.”
Amanda Halsey, Human Resources Officer, brings to our agency over 17 years of public service across government and health care industries. Amanda is involved in the hiring process of our caregivers, and she oversees the development, compliance, and retention of all employees. Amanda is a linchpin to our agency as she is versatile and can conquer any challenge.
Kristen Metzger, Client Care Coordinator, is responsible for coordinating the services we provide and serves as our weekend specialist. Kristen recognizes that healthcare does not take a break on the weekends, and she works tirelessly to make sure the needs of our clients and caregivers are met both during the week and on the weekend. Kristen is kind, compassionate, and has over 15 years experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant working in scheduling, coordinating care, and providing hands-on care.
Amber Powell, Client Care Coordinator, is responsible for coordinating the services we provide and uses her more than 18 years of administrative and health care management experience to contribute to the successful operations of our company. Amber is diligent, thoughtful and thorough in her work, and she is dedicated to ensuring our Caregivers and Clients receive top-quality care. Amber enjoys making someone’s day. Whether it is a Client or a Caregiver, Amber is always eager to listen and assist in any way she can.
Lorraine Wakefield, Recruiting and Retention Coordinator, uses her over 16 years experience in Customer Service to help caregivers reach their employment goals. Lorraine is kind, organized, and thorough in the recruiting, screening, interviewing and hiring of the most qualified caregivers in Brevard County. Her top-notch attention to detail ensures compliance of our office procedures. As winner of the Jefferson Award for her many years of volunteer service in Brevard Public Schools, Lorraine knows the value of hard-work and service and brings this level of care to our agency.
