Beth Fries
Client Relations Advisor

Growing up in a large Midwest family, our parents instilled a sense of duty in us. When it came time to choose a college major, I decided on Social Work but didn’t know what my focus would be. After interning at the local Senior Center, it became apparent that I found my passion.

Post grad, I worked in a skilled nursing center as the Social Worker and Sales Counselor. I have also enjoyed working in assisted and independent living communities.

I am very excited to be a part of Assisting Hands and build relationships with clients, their families and the community.

My husband and I live in Venice and have 4 kids. I enjoy the beach, Pilates, walking, movies and music.

Yajayra (Yary) Marin
Talent Specialist

Yajayra (Yary) Marin has a passion for helping people and providing the best customer experience. Her first job was a customer service representative in a bookstore. Following her college graduation, Ms. Marin landed her first job in the field of Public Health, an area she studied for in college. She exerted herself and excelled in a locked down mental health facility where she provided exceptional care to clients in their time of need. Ms. Marin joined Assisting Hands because the company shares her values and vision. “I want to promote a safe and healthy environment for the members of our community. My goal is to provide clients with quality caregivers that strive to set the standard for excellence in the healthcare field.”

Ms. Marin graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She enjoys traveling, trying exotic food and shopping.

She is fluent in English and Spanish.
