Meet the Owners

Owners Tim & Beth Bowdish

Tim is the owner of Assisting Hands. He has spent the last 20 years developing strategies with families and individuals, empowering them to stay safe, happy, supported and cared for in their own home. Tim has his BSW, and as a care coordinator for both the state of Kansas and Amerigroup Corp., he has assisted thousands of people facing a vast array of challenges and barriers to remaining independent and at home. With a genuine love for people and an immense enjoyment of spending time with families, Tim desires to be a difference-maker in individual lives.

Tim loves to play golf and basketball, and just watch football – because he’s too old to play that sport anymore.

Beth is the owner of Assisting Hands. Her mother lived the last 10 years of her life with dementia, giving Beth a special tenderness and understanding with families who are also walking this road. Her desire is to provide encouragement, care and support to families and individuals facing what can feel like overwhelming responsibilities, challenges, and decisions. Beth has her BSW and has worked for other home health agencies before opening her own home care agency.

Beth enjoys reading, being outdoors and spending time with her husband and children.

Care Management Team

Aliccia (Cece) Lopez-Staffing Coordinator/ Field Supervisor 

Cece has 6 years experience in caregiving and training (other caregivers). She pairs each individual’s personality and preferences to a specific caregiver, striving to create a friendly and harmonious atmosphere in your home. She trains all caregivers in hope that they leave feeling confident to care for our clients. As the Field Supervisor, Cece also conducts home visits to the clients to ensure their needs are being (heard and met).

Cece was born and raised in Colorado. She is very family oriented and loves spending time with her nieces and nephews. She loves working with the elderly, her senior year of high school she was part of a nursing program and a St. Anthony Hospital Ambassador Program. She also completed all of her clinicals for disable elderly. She has gotten more certifications throughout the 6 years she has been in this field.  

Daylin Madrid-Human Resources Coordinator

Daylin is a native from Denver Colorado she loves helping people and making sure they are always happy. She became a caregiver after graduating highschool while falling in love and wanting to learn more she finished school as a Certified Nurse Assistant. Working with geriatrics touched her heart and provided great job satisfaction. Continuing to provide direct care to the elderly she worked in hospitals, rehab centers, and assisted living facilities. However when taking a position with a traumatic brain injury facility, her passion secured her a position as the Administrative Assistant for the facility. With this experience, it expanded her mind to finishing school for Human Resources, where she  came on board with Assisting Hands Home Care. Daylin assists with recruiting, resume filtering, interviewing, onboarding, having correct documentation, maintaining employee files and all around HR administrative duties.

Natalie Bowdish-Administrative Assistant

Natalie is a Human Resources specialist who is passionate about cultivating healthy environments for both the families and caregivers of Assisting Hands. As the administrative assistant, Natalie manages the IT and the financial side of the office. Natalie is a friendly point of contact for families and caregivers to voice their needs and to make sure those needs are met.

Natalie lives in South Denver with her husband. Her hobbies include painting and playing tabletop games.
