Our streamlined application, hiring and, onboarding process is simple to navigate and can MOSTLY be done online. The first step is to fill out an online application form, upload your resume (optional for caregivers but mandatory for administrative staff), provide us with some references and electronically give us your permission to run background checks.
Once we have reviewed your application package and received the results of your background checks, we will either send you an email inviting you to complete our second step by uploading copies of your credentialling and verification documents to our portal or contact you to let you know any corrective actions that you can take to rectify any fixable portion of your background screening results. Please note that contacting you about any derogatory information on your background screen results is solely at our discretion and we are under no obligation to do so.
Upon completion of the background screening process, if we decide to proceed with a job offer to you, we will send you another email inviting you to complete our third and final step – new employee onboarding.
Please note that all applicants will be required to provide in-person verification of required employment authorization documents and all new hires must complete our in-person orientation meeting before beginning employment with us.
