This new in-home care office offers non-medical companionship, personal care, and skilled nursing services to those with physical and developmental disabilities, adults recovering from surgery or hospitalization, and seniors who need assistance with their daily activities, allowing them to remain living within their own home with dignity and independence.

Director of Nursing Jacqueline Alcalde, RN has more than 20 years of experience in nursing, the last 14 years supervising 60 critical care nurses in the Coral Gables Hospital OR. Alcides Brache, RN will coordinate caregivers’ schedules and train employees before they work with clients.

Perez and de la Vega have been married for 22 years and have three teenagers. Perez has 25 years of experience in banking, finance and service business, the last 10 travelling around the world for MasterCard International. De la Vega has a background in advertising and marketing, as well as spending some years as a stay-at-home mom. When her father became ill, de la Vega cared for him full-time, and it was this experience what made her realize families need a quality and reliable resource to help care for their elderly loved ones.
