NAMPA, Idaho (April 17, 2017) –The national office of Assisting Hands Home Care today announced its Chicagoland Area Representative has signed a franchise agreement with Darron Damasius to open Assisting Hands Home Care Deerfield. The new franchise office will serve a wide territory in Lake County spanning east and west of Interstate 94.
A longtime resident of Illinois, Damasius, is a graduate of Purdue University. He worked for a Fortune 500 company in the healthcare industry as a financial analyst and then as finance director. Ten of his 15 years with the company were spent working overseas, in Germany, France, Russia and Ukraine.
“My experience overseas helped me understand that there is a shortage of quality health care services in other countries,” said Damasius. “Coming back to the U.S. I thought that I would see something different. But I saw a strong need for health care services in the U.S.”
Damasius began researching franchise opportunities and discovered Assisting Hands Home Care. He said he was impressed by their commitment to providing excellent, flexible services for seniors desiring to age in place. “I really liked their transparency,” he said. “Being part of this company is like being a part of a family.”
Assisting Hands Home Care Deerfield will serve areas in Lake County including Lake Zurich, Forest Lake, Hawthorn Woods, Vernon Hills, Lincolnshire, Long Grove, Lake Forest, Fort Sheridan, Highwood and Highland Park.
“Darron’s enthusiasm and dedication will be a great asset to the company,” said Assisting Hands Home Care Chicagoland Area Representative Rich Ueberfluss.
